The article doesn't tell me whether I should cut out the pattern along the cutting line PRIOR to pinning onto the fabric.........or do I pin the pattern on and then cut along the cutting line....cutting both the pattern and fabric at the same time? I actually can't find an article anywhere that explains this. Maybe it doesn't matter?
