I'm an artist/designer, custom couture clothier. I've worked in many fields including arts administration and over 25 years as a litigation paralegal. I'm a cancer survivor who was fired from my last full time job due to the cancer and I'm now out on my own trying to build my own design business. I've spent a lifetime crafting and making everything for my home, family and friends. I've designed Christmas installations for commercial and retail stores, designed old world Santas and elves, three-piece suits, quilts, drapes, duvets, reupholstered furniture, refinished fine antiques, made stained glass lamps, designed jewelry, leather goods in the 60s and early 70s, designer gowns and bridal wear and designed mixed media needlework which sold at auction to raise money for my son's private high school. Arts and crafts are in my blood - they feed my soul.
