I have a hard time with hand stitching. When I try, I end up creating my own stitch and I try to remember to keep it uniform and the without variations throughout the piece. I am not sure if it is the astigmatisms or whatever else! But I am creative!

Start small and make sure you have a teacher or buddy who can help you with the small and big questions. A little hand holding in the beginning helps with confidence building.

I really enjoy cutwork, simple yet elegant. I am trying to learn how to create it.
