Re: DVD GIVEAWAY: Industry Insider Techniques with Louise Cutting Volumes 1-4
I lived in Florida for several years and had the privilege of being able to travel to Louise's fabric store; I then relocated out of state for my work. I also had the opportunity to have her advise me on fit and adjusting patterns for a petite. I also attended one of her presentations during a Sewing Expo in Florida. It would be great to have her tips and techniques at my fingertips and having this DVD collection would certainly be a way to do that.

I know very little about couture techniques. This book would most definitely would add to my knowledge about various techniques. I do have an interest in pad stitching and bound buttonholes particularly. I have numerous Claire Schaeffer books and this would be a much desired addition.

There are several designers that I like, but my all time favorite is CHANEL. I think her designs were classic and elegant.

This was a very helpful tip/trick. I will have to give this a try. I understood clearly what was written along with the photos. Thanks for posting and sharing this.

My go to book is really related to fitting which of course is necessary for a well sewn garment. The book is "Fit for Real People". For help with sewing, I have quite a few, but seem to go to Sandra Betzina's Power Sewing book.

I changed my avatar to another photo of me. I have been seeing advertisements for the Simplicity Bias Tape Maker and your video was most helpful in understanding how it works. Would love the chance to win this so please enter me in your drawing.

I think Pattyv's idea may be on track. My first thought is that it is some type of attachment to allow one to do a zigzag stitch perhaps for seam finishing.
