I can vividly remember, when I was a kid (about 13) going to summer school that was run by nuns in my home town of Montrose, B.C. I thought I was very grown up when my mom allowed me to wear a garter belt and nylons to a day of lessons. We were out on the basebal field, playing baseball and I was up to bat. My garter belt somehow came apart and my nylons fell down. Oh my GOSH !!! You can imagine how embarassed I was.

posted: 2:32 am on November 20thI'm the sewing friend, "Marglit" that Judy Persson talked about. Friends like her only come by once in a lifetime. I am thankful to have her as a friend. I really miss her. We used to get together for a whole weekend and do nothing but sew, sew. She is in Regina, Saskatchewan and I am in Penticton, BC.
