Casanova making it through just makes me surer than ever that some contestants are "marked" in the beginning to stay on for at least a few weeks. The producers want their personalities in the mix. It obviously has nothing whatsoever to do with talent, style or taste level.

Mila's dress would have been ok with just the one, smaller star, but I thought the huge one on the bottom make her appear extremely bottom heavy - plus I would think people seeing the model in person would feel tempted to walk all around her to see "what IS that?"
