I've been quilting for 5 years, a wonderful tradition passed on to me from my Mum and Grandmothers.
Early 1800's. I find the clothing so intriguing!
Hats!! Love them! What a wonderful way to make a fashion statement!
The book sounds like it would be wonderful inspiration for one's creativity!
The hand-stitched detail I enjoy the most is the blanket stitch!
Perfect match tote would be my pick! Love making bags!
My favorite project was a table runner I made at a learn to quilt workshop.
My nine year old granddaugter and I have begun the fabulous journey of teaching her how to sew. I know she would love the kit!
Love the menswear from the 30's to the 50's. Everyone dressed so refined! Especially love men in hats!
Making some table runners for family this Christmas....love to us the book for inspiration!
Reading and sewing...two of my favorite things!
How FUN it would be to learn to design your own fabric!
Always open to the chance to expand my horizons! The DVDs sound very interesting!
Expecting our grandchild soon and would love to sew the projects in these books!
