Re: Bra-Making Sources by Mail

I am in the process of learning how to make bras. I've made about 8 now, but haven't found the colors of notions you display. Could you possibly tell me which store you found these beautiful colors: fuchsia, turquoise, blue and brown bra notions - a luxury!
Thank you,
Kym

Re: Book Giveaway: 'The Perfect Pajama'

Who won the books? I'd love to hear their thoughts on the contents. Perhaps it will encourage us "non-winners" to purchase it.

Re: How to Sew Hidden Snaps

Cool method. It's one of those "Now, why didn't I think of that?" Thanks for sharing.

Re: Help us Choose the Next Threads Cover

I took the survey. I love Cover B. The orange letters go with the hair better - the pink letters and pink box just stand out too much. Other reasons given on the survey. I love my Threads magazines!

Re: Book Giveaway: 'The Perfect Pajama'

Making lingerie has been my goal this year. From making - and fitting - bras for all four of my daughters, to sewing beautiful pajamas, I'm learning so much and having so much fun. I have never seen this book before, but it sounds very intriguing!

Re: And the three winners of the book "Patchwork Folk Art" are...

Not only did I receive the book *Patchwork Folk Art,* but I have devoured it. I love Ms. Bolton’s book – it has been one of my favorites for years. I would check it out of the library and just go over the pictures and methods. With so many small children, I never had the time to actually make the pictures. But the enjoyment came from looking and dreaming. Now that the children are older, I’m ready to work on this type of patchwork folk art. An inspiring volume that sits on my coffeetable, ready for me to pick it up again.
Thank you very much,

Re: Book Giveaway: "Patchwork Folk Art" by Janet Bolton

I love this book. It's been a favorite library perusal for me for many years. Does anyone know how it's been updated from the '95 print copy?
