Re: Video: Make Your Own Tailor's Pressing Tool

Thank you so much. How nice to see helper tools we can make ourselves.

There is a difference between dauber and "spritzing the seam."

Thank you Judith Neukam always a pleasure to see you and your presentations.

Re: Another Look at Kenneth D. King's Sewing Space

Thank you so much for this gem. It appears it was hidden under "notions" not fairyland.

Thank you Kenneth for inviting us to your studio, feast for my eyes. To create beauty, one has to surround with beauty to feel at home and nourish creative spirit.

Your seam ripper is like hand of "femme fatale." As always, it can be small detail that transform "utility " objects to decorative art.

Thank you ,

Re: Do You Have Questions for Sewing Expert Angela Wolf?

I so agree with JoFray post of July 6, 2013, minus excitement and I can not watch her videos. Her ' presentation", her voice.... and trailing of it....
If is this standard of presentation, that Threads magazine is going.....Who approved those videos.

My favourite are Judith Neukam, Kenneth King, Louise Cutting and Claire Shaeffer.

Re: Win a Copy of Smart Fitting with Kenneth D. King on DVD

" Residents of Canada, in order to win, must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question administered by mail or e-mail at Sponsor's sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded."

It appears sponsors are not confident about mathematical skills of residents in Canada.

I would like to enter contest from Threads.

To sent Threads loyal subscribers and readers away to FB. What is the purpose?

Re: Book Giveaway: "The Big Book of Flax"

I love linen. I can not imagine summer without linen blouses, skirts, trousers and jackets and knits. And not lined with polyester lining.

I love the feel of linen, I like to wash, iron, wear and sew it.

The Big Book of Flax would be so welcome, from edible flax and flax seed oil to wearable.
