I love to piece quilt tops but don't much enjoy the actual act of quilting. I piece quilt tops with my serger (to make more secure seams), attach it to a backing with a zipper along one edge and Presto, I have a 'quilt' duvet. I love sleeping under comforters more than I do quilts. This technique allows me to enjoy my cake and eat it too!
