Has anyone actually MADE this following these directions? Because when I made the circle's diameter equal to my bust measurement--36 inches--the fabric barely fit around my shoulders. Had I put armhole slits in the place indicated, I'd have had to be a contortionist to put the garment on, or worn it with my arms pinned behind my back.

I salvaged the project by adding sleeves to the side of the circle.
