I whole-heartedly agree with you, Nicole! Right after checking Dior's shows, I always went straight to McQueen's shows.... he was truly one of the greats and it is so mind numbingly tragic to lose his great influence so soon. Depression takes all kinds of forms, suicide being the 'permanent solution to a temporary problem'. God rest your creative soul, Alexander. You will be sorely missed.

This is really beautiful! I used to sew in the professional costume/character business, and can spot quality when I see it.... You deserve to win 1st place! Highly ambitious with a very nice outcome. Great work!

Thanks! You may share away! He was fun to sew for. I think the best part about sewing for someone else (for me, anyway) is that I think about that person the whole time I am working on the project. Very gratifying.

I like the fraying, makes it look like the edge of a Chanel jacket! If you had not said anything, I would have thought it was intentional. Looks cool!
