Thank you for the article and all the added information from the fine sewers.

I really loved Mondo's look. He did a fab job mixing prints and fabrics as only he can. I didn't like Austin's, too bare in the chest and too garish a hairdo. I just don't think it worked. However, I did like Jarrell's also.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful embellishment. This would be beautiful to enhance sleeves and neckline on a simple dress.

I liked several of these, but Rami took my vote too. Mondo had a very interesting take on the project.

I love this show! Everything is starting out great. I don't mind the changes, it gives me the chance to find out about more people in the fashion industry. Mondo has always been one of my favorites.

I think this is a great idea. I will be sure to try some.

I do wear colors that flatter me, but I get excited about seasonal colors where I can add asesories to an outfit, make a new pillow cover, and spruce up myself and my house with something fresh. I like honeysuckle, phlox teal and quarry. Since I live on the SC coast, bright colors are always in.

My grandmother taught me to embroider pillow cases when I was quite young. I love to embroider by hand and have enjoyed crewel the most because it has so much texture. I am going to try ribbon embroidery, as seen in my new Threads. It looks like fun! Thanks!

I have never used silk organza. Is it machine washable? Great article!

I thought the winner's project looked like a nightgown. I thought Andy, Gretchen and Michael C did better work. At least, I would wear them.

I like Mila's collection and could see myself in almost everything, but Emilio's colors and print is wonderful! I think Emilio would have gotten my vote.
