Can you expand info on setting the pipes in the dress form. How long is the 1 1/2" pipe? How far does it extend outside the kitty bucket if it does? How is the pipe fitting adhered to the bucket bottom?

We are still confused about the pipe sizes and kitty liitter. Does the 1 pipe slide into the 1 1/2" pipe to the bottom of the pail? How is the fitting adhered to the bottom of the pail?
