It is a very beautiful dress. And I loved the idea of pulling up the skirt- will try to use it for my daughter's dress. My daughter just loves all the dresses with pick up skirt on it, but I do not know how to do it, so could not make one for her. Now this idea of pulling the top layer of skirt is as much I get get near to what she loves the most, she should be very happy. Thank you so very much for sharing.
