Re: BOOK GIVEAWAY: "Couture Sewing Techniques" by Claire B. Shaeffer

I took a Couture sewing class at the community college and loved the techniques and love to learn more.

Re: Book Giveaway: "Threads Sewing Guide"

I've been looking at this book and am thinking about purchasing. How great would it be to win it instead?!

Re: MAGAZINE GIVEAWAY: "Designer Techniques"

Balenciaga. I love the clean lines, classic architecture and beautiful sculpture of the garments.

Balenciaga. I love the clean lines, classical architecture and graceful structure of a Balenciaga garment.

Re: Giveaway: Teach Yourself to Sew Magazine and DVD bundle

I love sharing sewing with anyone who will listen and find it easy to begin the conversation when I'm wearing something that I've made. :)

Re: Magazine Giveaway: "Quick Stuff to Sew"

Gotta love the home made gifts!

Re: Book Giveaway: Successful Serging

I'm on my fourth serger and love them for sewing knits, loungewear and for finishing edges and seams. I'm now thinking about doing some more decorative things with it and the book looks like it would be very helpful!

Re: Hands-On With Kleibacker: Lessons for Working with a Bias

David, What a blessing it is that you share the experiences that you had with Mr. Kleibacker. Thank you!

Re: Giveaway: Simplicity Bias Tape Maker

The bias tape maker would be a fun and quick way to get some bias made! I knitted a purse one time using hand made double fold bias. I might consider making another if I had this! =)

Re: Mystery Sewing Machine Foot

I'm going with the zig zag foot as my guess. The ruffler/pleater would have additional adjustments such as pleats per stitch and even a no pleat option for areas along the length that need to be flat.
