Two years of sewing classes at Marguerite's Sewing School in Nashville, TN and before you know it I won Best Of Show at the Tennessee State Fair for Adult Sewing 2 years in a row! Sewing, for me, is a very engaging hobby, and one that I wish I could do full-time. It's easy to get lost in the creativity aspect of creating a garment from start to finish. The only thing we lack in the Nashville area, is a pattern-making class (using a dress form) that isn't already attached to a full enrollment in a local college. If someone local offered that as a workshop, I would certainly take the class.
