That's outstanding!How did you learn the technique? I've been wanting to learn free form embroidery for some time now but couldn't find a good book to refer to. Any suggestions?

I has happened to me too many times! I'm not an expert in pattern making. The trick I've learned over the years may be to use a basic commercial pattern and alter only the front part or whichever piece of the pattern you are designing or making differently. These patterns are usually checked over and over by the experts in the field before putting them in the market. Sometimes it is a simple thing as the placement of the grain line that alters the desired fit. The material and the print of your blouse are very nice. Hope you can fix it somehow.
