I am not a lover of this season's team concept. I was really surprised to see Benjamin go home, even though I did not think his design was good for his client. I felt she was too short for the length of the dress and the waist band/belt just made her look shorter. Patricia's design, in my opinion was the worst. It made her client look top heavy. Amanda should probably be next to go home, unless her next project is much better than this last one. None of them seemed to know what was best for the senior figure. I am a 74 year old senior, but I do not like to look frumpy. I like clothes that fit well, that are stylish, that flatter my figure, which has changed a lot over the years, with the length below the knee. I get many complements on my attire as well as my gray hair. I'm very active and I love to dress nice, thus my reason for learning to sew.
I prefer seeing what the indiviual designers can do. On most of the previous Project Runway shows the designers presented better looking garments when they worked alone. Some prior teams did not work together very well and there was back biting and some disagreeing. don't know if this will work but I will watch the show. Hoping for the best.
I am not impressed with the fashions nor the colors shown by the final four designers. I was disappointed that Sonja was not chosen to compete in the final showing also. I certainly thought she was a better designer than Fabio. I do however, like the final four designers as they did show some nice designs. I especially like Christopher. Won't even try to guess who the winner will be.
I love the color. I discovered a few years ago that Orange looks nice with my skin tone. I'm not sure if I will wear it a lot, but I would love to have one or two items in this color.
This season has really been disappointing. I was hoping Victor would win, however, he didn't remain true to his design ability with all the sheers. The sheer clothing he showed would only be worn on the beach. Anya's designs showed no variety they were all pretty much the same dress. Her eye for fabric is great though. I also liked some of Kim's designs, especially the off white pants outfit. Josh didn't do it for me at all. I wish Burt could have been included in the final competition.
I have watched PR since the first season and this season has been, by far the worst I've ever seen. I plan to watch again next season and hope for better designers and attitudes.
I agree also. I like Victor's work and I think he should be the winner this season. I was not impressed with Anya's designs on the last show. Some of Kim's work was ok and some of Josh's work was ok. However, I think Victor is the best of the four. I hope that he's the winner of the finale.
I am also hoping next season we will see better designers.
I have watched PR since it began and I feel this season the designers are the worst we've seen in the life of the show. I think Burt should have been in the final four. I liked his designs and his work. I also love Victar's designs and his work is impeccable. Anya is not bad but, Most of her designs have been the long dresses, I would like to see something different and more tailored from her. Josh is very arrogrant and so dramatic. I think Burt is a better designer. I liked some of Kimberly's designs, but I'm not sure she is a strong enough designer to win PR. I am really anxious to see what these four will come up with. Meanwhile, I'm hoping Victar will be the winner. He certainly deserves to win.
I am really tired of hearing Josh whine, complain and mistreat the other designer. He does not handle criticism well, which tells me he thinks he's perfect. You only learn when you can take constructive criticism. You can not learn when you know everything. I find him very rude, not only to the designers, but to the judges also, and he was really awful to Laura. It was not necessary for him to go off the way he did.
Also, I hated Laura's outfit this week. I thought the pants were too tight and to me they did not look very professional. I thought the jacket was just O.K.
I am hoping to see better looking designs this week.
I will continue to watch Project Runway. I love the patterns and techniques used by the designers and I learn from the comments of Heidi, Michael, Nina and the guest designers. I loove Project runway and I'm looking forward to the new season.
