Wool fabric always inspires me - I especially like to sew coats in tweed. But I also like raw silk and knits of any natural fabric. These books would be of great help as I embark on a challenge of completing 50 projects this year.
I am embarking on a year-long campaign to upgrade my wardrobe and whittle down my fabric stash. Well, OK, I need to find the floor of my sewing room! The book on making couture skirts would be so helpful both in making new garments and in altering old ones, which I need to do as a result of last year's project, losing a lot of weight.
Having dropped 40 pounds (with concentrated effort), I need to make myself a new spring and summer wardrobe with new fabrics as well as with reworked older, larger garments. This book would be both inspiring and useful!

Ilove the orange tones! It all depends on your coloring - and because I can't wear pink, or especially fuscia, I avoid thise colors.
As an early subscriber, I have a lot of back issues. A DVD index would be very useful, as the issues are always full of so many good ideas and information. I look forward to every new issue. Thanks for making them more usable!
