Looks fascinating - can't wait to get a better look at it!

Kenneth, I salute your amazing creativity and courage - and while I cannot imagine anyone really wearing this jacket, (and even find it surpassingly if endearingly ugly) I LOVE that you are able to go out on this breathtaking limb and that you so generously take so much of your own valuable time and effort to share the step-by-step processes with all us dowdy strangers! YOU are the amazing part of this series, and I can't help but think you bump up everyone's (fan and naysayer alike) abilities a whole level by just showing us what happens in the brains of the masters of the profession. It's INSPIRING - thank you!!!

I saw a simple evening gown of cream-colored wool crepe (I think) which had a gorgeous silver/pewter/gold beaded bow flowing over one shoulder and down the side, and that immediately became my "someday" dream. Truly, is there some way of giving the readers a closer - and from more angles - look at these beauties?

I vote with the lady who wants to know about doing the initialing - gorgeous! I have acquired, quite by accident, really, a linen chemise which has a yoke of eyelet which I cannot believe but which has to be entirely hand-embroidered (and you should see the under-the-magnifying-glass hand stitching with which the whole garment was fashioned!) But the eyelet thing boggles my mind: HOW LONG would it take to do something like that?? No kidding: to embark on these projects, how long a life would you have to have left to do them in??

Wow, this was your FIRST? Such patience! It is a very impressive piece, and I cannot believe how perfectly you've whipped those little stripes into shape. Congratulations, and thanks for sharing!
