How do you fit this pattern to a person who is size 43 bust; short, 5'2"; has a narrow back with a dowager? Wrong style? I have Simplicity 2948. Your pattern, above, shows a dart -- is there a dart sewn in? It appears so, but you do not mention it. If so where is the best place to sew in the dart. Thanks.
