Born in Hungary where I learned to crochet and knit early on as a child. By age of six or so I began creating clothes for my dolls. I learned to use a sewing machine when I was 9 years old.
We then emigrated to Canada where I grew up and became a serious sewer in the 60s and 70s when my wardrobe was mainly home sewn.
I gave up sewing for a few years when I gained weight and nothing seemed to fit right. I am back in again planning additions to the current wardrobe.
As always, I like originality, designer details and have a love for well-finished garments.
