I have been sewing since I was 5 years old. My dad and I made an apron and I still have it. I am married and have 2 grown children. My son got married in June and my daughter graduated from college in May. I worked for 30 years for the FAA as an electronics technician before retiring in June of 2007. I am a beginner quilter, but took lessons and am becoming better. I am a member of our quilting group at church. I am currently trying to go through my neglected sewing and other supplies and am amazed at what I have accumulated over the years! In addition to sewing and quilting, I also enjoy crocheting and cross stitching.
