My dream sewing project would be to make a coat. I taught myself how to sew a 7 years ago. I made some skirts, a sweatshirt for my daughter (she was 10 years). Last year I took a sewing class. I ended up sewing 3 different skirts and I learned a lot of techniques. I mostly sew skirts but I'd love to sew a princess line coat. I already purchased the coat pattern but I'm kind of fearful. However, I know that I have to overcome this fear. These articles have allowed me to dream and expand my horizon.

I had my serger for a few years before I had the courage to try to learn how to use. Believe me, I learned how to thread it now and I was able to sew 10 handkerchiefs for my husband. I'd love to learn how to sew t-shirts with a serger and much more. I hope to win this great book!

Cyanne89 can you post instructions as to how you obtained the measurements to sew bras? The method that you know seems better than the one shown on this article.
I've been searching on the internet, and it seems that there's conflicting information on this subject and that the method above has been critized.
