This dress is constructed from a basic Bishop style pattern. A 100 % Cotton Periwinkle Blue Gingham fabric, was used. 100 % Cotton French Lace adorns the Angel sleeves. French seams are used in this dress. Hand sewn smocking, using baby pink bullion roses and French lace adorns the bottom of the dress for a very pretty finishing touch.
