Jul 24, 2013
Article Image

This is the slip that goes under the christening gown, "The Anglican". Made of white Imperial Batiste. This is the front view of the slip with a baby pink bullion rose in the center and two baby pink bullion rosebuds on either side of it. French seams on the underside of slip. Trimmed in soft delicate French lace across the front of the slip and again at the bottom of the slip with Entredeux.

This is the slip that goes under the christening gown, “The Anglican”. Made of white Imperial Batiste, the front view of the slip has hand sewn baby pink bullion roses in the center and two baby pink bullion rosebuds on either side of it. French seams on the underside of slip. Trimmed in soft delicate French lace across the front of the slip and again at the bottom of the slip with Entredeux. The finishing touch to this simple little slip, are the buttons on the back of the slip that I hand embroidered bullion rosebuds to.
