The inspiration for my 2-piece outfit was a zipper trim I bought. I used black cotton blend fabric from my stash. I used the zipper to accentuate the seams and hems of the outfit. I also used silver thread for the hemlines. I used lining only for the skirt, which is lined with black lining fabric. I used my own design and my own pattern.
