*The top teal layer of jersey was stenciled with white paint using an Alabama Chanin Anna’s Garden stencil.
*The painted layer is basted to the solid tan layer.
*I then, stitched around the outside of the shapes. I cut the top teal layer leaving 1/8 inch of the white paint to reveal the bottom tan layer.
*The side and arm seams were hand sewn and then felled to the inside and top-stitched.
*The arms and neckline are bound using bias strips and secured with a Cretan stitch.
