This jumpsuit with a bolero is a perfect spring outfit. I made the jumpsuit from silk charmeuse with a little elastane in it so it has all the comfort and breathability of pure silk and at the same time perfect elasticity which is required in close fitted jumpsuits. Main features of this garment are the empire waist seam line which is prefect for me as a petite woman, and a built-in bra so when I put it on I feel confident that no underwear can be seen even with these tiny spaghetti straps. The bra is also made from 100% black silk. I made this bolero from brown mesh fabric and used rolled hem seams of my Janome serger. The pattern is my own in this case.
