I’m constantly looking for inspiration for my sewing. And, most often I find it by looking at what other people are making and sewing. Right now I’m on the hunt for summer sewing inspiration. I just had to share some of the amazing garments that I found right here on the Threads website in our reader’s closet gallery.
We’d love to see what you’re making. It’s easy: just upload your photos to the gallery, and provide a short description.
Don’t forget to sew something up in linen and enter our Summer Sewing Challenge, by posting pictures of your garment into the contest gallery. You could win a Janome 1100D Serger!

This isn't really summery, but I love the combination of the tapestry and denim fabrics of this jacket posted by MCarolina. The cuff and neckline detail are beautiful.
