I would love to enter - made a really cute costume and all - but being in Oz, I'm not allowed either :-(
Even though I am in Australia. I will still enter. I love to let others see what I have been creating. Perhaps Vicky could arrange for a special "International" contest for those not residing in the United States/Canada. Book prizes and or DVD magazine archives would make wonderful recognition for our efforts. Also they are easy to post especially the magazine DVD archives.

I've been trying to upload my pictures but it keeps telling me that they're too big. But they are much smaller than the limits - 178x352 and only 20KB. They are jpeg images. Am I doing something wrong?

i would really like to enter the halloween costume contest, but have been unable to complete my entry due to a circle that keeps occurring between the photos and the entry rules page. the submission link does not appear to be active.
i couldn't get the entry link to work either, so i loaded my picure into the general gallery. Hopefully they will accept it as an entry!
thx, donnadill, i went back and put my costume in the general gallery, too. originally, i changed my avatar to the costume, but putting it into the gallery definitely works for me. yes, here's hoping it will be considered.
I couldn't upload the picture yesterday. I tried and tried and nothing happened! Why they change the rules the last day? It supposed to work till 11:59pm, November 8, 2009 or I'm wrong?
