Enter your spring-inspired garments to win big!
There’s still time to enter the 2014 SewStylish Spring Fashion Challenge!
With the promise of warmer days on the horizon, it’s time to create spring fashions. To celebrate the arrival of the SewStylish Spring Fashion 2014 issue, we are offering you the opportunity to win big with Husqvarna Viking and Gorgeous Fabrics.
To enter, share your handmade and spring inspired dresses, skirts, tank tops, shorts, lightweight jackets, T-shirts, and other seasonal garments in the official SewStylish Spring Fashion Challenge gallery. Upload photos of your creations with a short description including any techniques, materials, or patterns used before the deadline of May 18, 2014, 11:59 p.m. ET. Be sure to include any information about the garment that will help us understand how your submission was made.
Winners are selected in a two-step process. Submissions will be reviewed and judged by Threads editors who will select five (5) semifinalists. The semifinalists will be judged on inspiration, technique, skill, and design. Online members will then choose one (1) winner in an online poll. There is no limit to the number of garments you can enter. Although your entry must be made by you, it does not have to be created specifically for this contest.
The winner will receive two fabulous prizes – a Husqvarna Viking Designer Topaz 25 embroidery and sewing machine worth $2,299.00, and a $100 gift card to Gorgeous Fabrics.

I'd LOVE to win that machine! I have a very basic Husqvarna Viking E20 and my serger is also a Viking. That Designer Topaz (um, hello, my birthstone?) would be awesome!
