Butterick: 5860 Misses’ Maternity Top, Dress and Pants

This collection features a belted wrap top or dress with length and sleeve variations, and a straight-leg pant with a maternity panel. The top and dress views have bust darts and are made so the underwrap extends across the front and is sewn into the opposite side seam for secure coverage. One dress has a collar, tie belt, and cap sleeves, all in contrasting fabric. The top and the other dress views are collarless. The top can be made sleeveless or with elbow-length sleeves. The dresses also have the option of cap sleeves, and hemline options ending at the knee, or at the lower calf. Every pattern piece is wellmarked, and the assembly steps are clear. Lightweight jerseys with two-way stretch are recommended. The sample dress is made in a rayon/Lycra knit from MarcyTilton.com.
