The popular Innovation Generation contest is presented each year at the American Sewing Expo on the fashion stage. It is a wonderful opportunity for the latest generation of garment sewers to receive recognition and for attendees to be inspired by fresh, youthful ideas. You’d be amazed at what young people can create.

This competition is open to contestants from ages 8 to 18. They will be divided into three age groups for judging (8 to 11, 12 to 15, 16 to 18). A prize will be awarded to every contestant. The grand-prize winner will receive a Sofia sewing machine by Baby Lock. The deadline for entries is September 9, 2014.
