The top pattern is Kwik Sew 3334. I'm afraid I don't know what the embroidery design is, though.

I have viewed the pattern online and will find a suitable replica in my pattern stash.Will try and trawl the web for similar type design.The article actually defines the characteristics of the type of design that will work.
A quick look at the indexes revealed quite a few Machine embroidery article that will towards making this project a success.
Interesting to see how Threads continues to be great resource for sewres.Some of the machine embroidery articles from back issues , I just glossed over at the time.Now I am able to use them as my sewing evolves.
Same goes for crazy quilting and many other specialist topics.
We hope that Threads will continue great articles that will take our sewing into new directions.
