Does anybody know where I could find a pattern for the pleated skirt that is shown on the front cover of the February/March 2005 issue of Threads?

I'm sorry to say that was an original design by the author. There are a number of pleated skirt patterns in the catalogues these days, though--take a look and see what you find. Even a skirt with seams in the right places can be modified to make this pleated skirt.
