I recently resubscribed to Threads, really looking forward to accessing the issues in digital version.  I receved a welcome email saying I could now access the digital editions, but at the time it insisted on my customer number, which i couldn’t find until I received my first print issue.  Since I’ve now received (2 at once) print issues, the app refuses to load on either my tablet or my phone.  The screen just hangs.  Very disppointed.
