beginner needs help operating machine
I think we are talking to ourselves here as our responses have not been viewed by the “postee” – see general sewing information, where I should have posted this!
If there is no interest in our answers/suggestions, then I (crabby patty) have my doubts as to whether or not anyone who cannot thread a SM or thinks thread is string is going to be able to learn enough in a few days to be able to sew anything.
Sorry, its just upsetting to spend time trying to help, and then be snubbed.

Last night I read that post and all the help in it and thought this poster is gone on to wherever. You read my mind.
Probably got lost in all the Hogwart Hogwash, or whatever that H. Potter stuff is all about!
i'd like to think it was a sincere question and she found a solution and has been too busy to reply. it happens sometimes.
btw, i bought HP #6 last night and am trying to get through it befoe saturday's release of the last story. i've enjoyed the series enough that i don't want the ending 'spoiled'.
:-)
Just because you see your message 'unread' does not mean it hasn't been. This has been brought up a while ago. If you read online the 'unread' does not go away. If you receive your email from taunton and view message this way then the 'unread' goes. if you go back and look at the topic you will see the original poster has been answering.
