My machine of 30 years needed repairs and I’ve decided to replace instead of repair. Husband and I went out to today and selected the Brother CS6000t as an early Christmas present. I’m an amateur seamstress–only use machine for mending, curtains, etc. Didn’t try out, as purchased at Wal Mart and no opportunity for that. Before I open box and totally commit, I’m wondering if anyone out there has any experience with this particular model and can comment on.
