Brother Innov-is I HELP reverse (back) sewing blocked

Hello,
Hope someone can help me. I have a Brother Innov-is I machine. My problem is that I must have press some type of button because it’s only sewing backwards. Not the finishing and begining points but doens’t sew at all forward. I don’t know what I’ve done to block the sewing backwards.
Hope anyone has any advice on how to fix this problem.

Stuck In Reverse
Sometimes you can reset the machine by turning it off, then waiting a few minutes and then turning it back on. This pertains to computerized machines.
The foot on the walking foot fell into the feed dogs, and I had been seeing with the embroidery bobbin case!
there is a sensor in the feed dogs which could be causing the problem.
How was your tension?
may be worth checking the menu if you have resent,y changed any options using the "house " button
mimes going back again needle threader stopped working, told that's caused by not checking needles inserted high enough so that the little hook goes thru the needle eye.
