I really like the Burda monthly sewing magazine. Does anyone know the address for the Burda Web site (in English)?
*Hi Catherine,As far as I know, this is what we have so far in English from the Burda people. You'll be disappointed though because it under construction at the moment.http://www.burdapatterns.com/
*Catherine - The Burda web site itself has been under constructions for a long time. There is a website for subscribing to the magazine that is not Burda. I don't have it right here but if you want it let me know & I'll post it.
*That web address is actually owned by a company in Massachusetts. The web address for the company that handles US subscriptions is http://www.glpnews.com.We as Americans are rather spoiled, just about any magazine or TV show we like has an accompanying website. That's not the case around the world. (Economies of scale, I would guess.)
*Hi Catherine, I recently subscribed to the Burda magazine and also like it. The website with glp in it stands for German language publications. I guess that is a company that helps people in the US get publications from Germany. Have you made anything from the patterns inside? I was wondering if they are easy to follow? Susan
