I am more than familiar with making a regular bust adjustment for cup size. Can anyone tell me how to make a bust adjustment for one of the wrap type blouse patterns? I would really like to make one of these but I haven’t a clue how to make the necessary pattern adjustments for a D Cup. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have done this but still didnt like a wrap top on me . I did it in the normal way that is presented in the Palmer Pletch book on fit. It fitted very well its just that i didnt like the look of a wrap top on me .
I have done this in the same way as for any other blouse, adding a dart. I left the dart in the side, but I guess you could rotate it, perhaps into the waist and converting it to gathers.
Claire Shaeffer's mock wrap dress for Vogue patterns cuts the dress front on the bias, so that the edge of the wrap is on grain and will not stretch.
In my opinion wrap fronts look good on the well endowed.
