Why am i being charged for ‘shipping and handling’ when i make an e-book purchase?

    most business online, not all, but a lot of them, incur their actual income via shipping and handling fees.

      also, they did ship it to you... via the internet with bandwidth..  thats how business works, somebody has to do the shipping and delivering.
