David Page Cottons book Shirtmaking available on this website is the authority on shirts. He suggests more than one solution. One is to transfer the features you like onto a pattern that already fits you. Otherwise you may be able to cut the collar and sleeves to fit closer. The latter suggestion I thin k will be most successful if you have a boyish figure. He says the most important thing to fit on shirts is the shoulders.
