Vogue- American Designers-Jerry Silverman #2193. Unfortunately the pattern is about 18 years old. It's sometimes possible to get an old pattern from the pattern company itself. Good luck!!

*Hi Tess,Try Simplicity 8605, it sounds like it is just what your looking for, it has a low cowl back and a bateau neckline, it is however sized for knits. I believe it is a current pattern. Good luck, Lori
