Curtains V shape at top

cm182 | Posted in General Sewing Info on

Hi I have just made some curtains and when they close I end up with a v shape at the top where they don’t quite close. I have used 3″ pencil pleat heading tape and I have not drawn it to tightly so any suggestions how I can overcome this problem would be gratefully received

Thanks Celine

I'm not quite sure what you mean by a "v" shape but I do know that the last hook on the side which closes should be as close to the edge as possible.  I use the ones that have a pin-point for that spot and the kind that slide around the pleat for all the others.          rjf
