Has anyone here entered the Threads Design Challenge? I was thinking about it with an idea for an outfit I came up with, but I’m really nervous about having my work judged that way. Is there anyone willing to share their experience?

Cat, I urge you to consider entering the "Inspired by Threads" challenge. And that's because we editors do the judging, and we are ALWAYS impressed with what our readers have done. I can't begin to tell you how exciting it is to see how people have understood and then used the techniques and design ideas we show in the magazine. It's always a blast to work with the authors of Threads articles and to help them share their knowledge and discoveries, and then I consider it an incredible bonus to see how others have been inspired.
We're not harsh or mean, just so you know! We're just delighted that people are out there doing creative sewing projects. Of course, the entries are blind-judged so we never know who made what--if anonymity makes you more comfortable. Looking forward to seeing your work (even if I don't know it's yours).
