    It appears as a teeny picture, the lettering unreadable. Is it in another language?

    Most of this is familiar.  If you look at a US pattern - they are printed in English and French, or at least the Butterick pattern I just looked at does:

    Front = Devant

    Back = Dos

    Collar = Col

    Sleeve = Manche

    Casing = Coulisse

    Tie = Attache

    Interfacing = Entoilage

    Size = Taille

    Selvage = Lisiere

    With Nap = Avec Sens

    Without Nap = Sans Sens

    Fold = Pliure

    Crosswise Fold - Pliure Trame

    Top = Haut

    Skirt = Jupe

    Pants = Pantalon

    Buttons = Boutons
