Most of this is familiar. If you look at a US pattern - they are printed in English and French, or at least the Butterick pattern I just looked at does:
Front = Devant
Back = Dos
Collar = Col
Sleeve = Manche
Casing = Coulisse
Tie = Attache
Interfacing = Entoilage
Size = Taille
Selvage = Lisiere
With Nap = Avec Sens
Without Nap = Sans Sens
Fold = Pliure
Crosswise Fold - Pliure Trame
Top = Haut
Skirt = Jupe
Pants = Pantalon
Buttons = Boutons
