I just purchased a Babylock BLCS2 coverstitch machine.  I have annual maintenance on my Sewing Machine and my Serger.  I have read that coverstitch machines are pretty durable.  It is a used and serviced machine that I bought from a reputable sewing shop.  I have the option of purchasing a three year service contract on the machine that includes routine maintenance.  Since it is a machine that I will not use as much as the other two, do you think a service contract is advisable?
